Rebecca Coutaz reports from a very busy Game Connection in Lyon.

Philip Belhassen and Rebecka Coutaz attended the Game Connection event taking place in Lyon this week.

There were about 700 attendees from all over the world buying or selling games, tools or services. The impression is that the development teams who used to work on traditional packaged goods really have taking the decision to move into the web and mobile platforms. Therefore we were very busy demonstrating ShiVa3D as well as showing many of your products powered by ShiVa3D.

What really came out of our discussions with Asian developers and games publishers is that they are all expected the Android market to explode there next year. The games publishers are all looking for content, so we are working with the most attractive publishers to be able to offer you an easy way to publish your Android products in Japan, Korea and Asia. Today the monthly revenue for an Android product in Japan only ranges from  $50,000 – $80,000. We’ll have more information on this in the next weeks.
