I create a teapot in 3ds max, and create a simple rotation animation for it.
Shiva works fine when there is only one teapot.
However, when I create two teapots and group them together to make the rotation animation again,
the animation don't work.
When importing the dae file to Shiva, Shiva doesnt create AnimBank for the two teapots.
So that I import the AnimClip from the dae file and create AnimBank manually.
After assigning the AnimBack to the two teapot model, the animation clip still cannot play.
where am I doing wrong?

shiva does not support what you want to do out of the box, nor does it merge your models at import into one single model. the problem you describe is similar to this one: http://www.stonetrip.com/developer/wiki/index.php?title=Cheetah3D_to_ShiVa#How_it_looks_in_ShiVa (3rd and 4th picture).
you now have 2 options:
a) merge your models inside 3ds max (or wings 3d like I did in the tutorial above) into one single model or
b) don't group your models in 3ds max, export them as single files, and then group them in shiva.
