HUD Action command to set the value of a variable

It would ROCK to be able to have a command of an Action to set a variable.

For example, you could then set the action of a button click to set a boolean to true or false, or toggle it.

This might only work for certain properties ( boolean, number, string - not for tables ), but could simplify the UI process somewhat. Currently you have to fire an event, which then sets the property.
