Collaboration, the right way

Postby mauriliodc » 03 Oct 2011, 09:13

We're a small team (about 2 developers e 2 artists) and at the moment we're using external SVN with Shiva3D but sometimes it's an endless pain!

Is there a RIGHT WAY to use/configure SVN (or something else wich works BETTER with Shiva) ??

ShiVa 1.9.1 Advanced Beta (beta.stonetrip.com) is available for Advanced licence customers and comes with full SVN integration.

1.9.0.1 comes with a basic managed filesystem option if I remember correctly (which can make use of a mounted drive etc).

1.9.1 Advanced final is due to have some advanced binary merging available for sources that have been edited at the same time.
ShiVa 3D 1.9.1 | UAT 1.3.1
VS 2010 | Xcode 4.1 | iOS 5.0.1
PC: OS Windows 7 x64 | CPU Phenom II X6 | Memory 16GB | GFX Geforce 480GTX
MacMini: OS OSX 10.7 | CPU i7 3.4ghz | Memory 4GB | GFX ATI 6630M
