Hello everyone!
I want to say that I actually saw a topic about my problem, but that was few monthes ago and I couldn't find it now.

something is wrong when importing model to shiva. In 3ds max it works perfect!
There is "skeleton transform" but I don't really understand to input there as the skeleton looks really strange.
Thanks!
Also doesn't skeleton have to be in T-pose?oO

It looks like the skeleton has rotated 90 degrees.
I know with Blender imports, the skeleton and model both has to be at the origin, have no rotation and a scale of 1, or the skeleton would disconnect from the model.

Well, if someone has the same problem... I found solution.
In 3ds max, ShivaTools, while exporting you have to select Z-axis as a UP axis.
Then, when importing a model to ShiVa3D you have to check option "Convert Z to Y". That helped me
