Does someone know how and where in the future it will be possible to publicate our game made with shiva for xbox live and for windows phone 7 ?

I have made some research about xbox live but the only way i have found is to pass by the xna creator club... But in my opinion there is another way to submit application to xbox live ...

Do you remember Apple's debuts with JS only apps?
Do you remember Palm's debuts with JS only apps?
Do you remember Android's debuts with Java only apps?

All of them have since open the C/C++ doors.

Seems that Microsoft does exactly the same: C# only for now...

I cannot say lot more by risk to break some NDAs.
