xml.send() cannot process address

I created a server on my machine to listen on two ports for XML.send() and XML.receive().
Sometimes when I test the code, I get a log message stating that the localhost cannot be processed which causes a infinite loop of the XML being sent. However, my server receives the XML sent and tries to send back a HTTP OK status. Does anybody have any solutions or reasons why the localhost cannot be processed even though my server receives the information?
