Yes this is the case on desktop, a single axis for 2 triggers. The support is in the todo list.

it's the output of one of the shiva log files. on win7, it is supported out of the box, on xp and vista, i believe you have to install a driver that comes with the controller or can be downloaded.
the log file is in your (hidden) users appdata folder, depending on which OS you have, the place varies.

i have a wired controller, but i would be surprised if there was a difference between thee wired and wireless ones. just plug it in before shiva starts [ and maybe activate it (guide-button) ? no idea ].

I think you cant use XBox 360 console controller with charge USB cable directly in the PC, I guess this is a Microsoft idea to create another controller/adapter which is compatible with PC (and maybe, by logic, incompatible with the XBOX 360) XD

probably. for the wireless controller, you need a special wireless usb receiver to get it to work on the PC, or so i have read.
here is what i got (click to enlarge):

left: the wired PC controller that came in the box in the middle (sports both windows and x360 logos), right: wireless controller that came with my 360 slim.

Sadly, the wireless controllers communicate with the XBox 360 using a proprietary RF protocol, and not Bluetooth, so the Bluetooth module into Shiva won't help me out. Additionally, the Play n Charge cable only charges, and won't allow you to use the wireless controller as a wired one.
I have to buy a Wireless Gaming Receiver...
thanks!
