Xcode error after create a project with UAT

Hi,guys.
I got a problem with Xcode. I got this error message pop up after I create a project with UAT 1.3 (it also occur with 1.2) or try to open the file.
The error is

ISV_Alpha_0.51_iPad.s3dxproj/ISV_Alpha_0.51.xcodeproj cannot be opened because because an exception occurred.: -[PBXFileReference _setBuildPhase:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x201148700

And what trouble me is, it only happen with this particular project. I export my old project and other it work fine but this one.
I dont know what happen if you guys can point me to fix this problem would be appreciated.

P.S. I use OSX Snow Leopard , XCode 4.2 and UAT 1.3
