xcode : project file cannot be parsed

I'm new to building on MacOS, so there might be something I'm missing.
But I've followed the tutorials from Gamescorpion and I cannot get working UAT project build.
This is what I do :

STK only -> works, no problems with export, build and testing no errors
STK+cpp -> xcode error : project file cannot be parsed
STK to project -> when I try to open the project - > xcode error : project file cannot be parsed

Is this a known thing, or am I doing something wrong ?

Running on Mac OS X 10.7.3
Xcode 4.3.2

I've tried UAT 1.3 and 1.4.0 beta2, both have the same problem.

Does anybody know, what could be causing this ?

darn... after few hours of checking.. I found, that XML files with spaces in the name were causing this...
