Mouse and touch

I have a HUD button with
Click action: JumpBtnDn
Clicked action: JumpBtnUp

When i'm pressing and releasing button with mouse, it works as expected.
Either it works when i'm pressing and releasing touchscreen fast enough.

But when i'm touching button more than several seconds, and then release, Clicked action is not calling, and character continues to jump.

Just wondering if it is bug, or i should redirect mouse->touch or touch->mouse like here
