So im new to shiva 3d i like the software but i have a question can you devolp android games and applications and then publish them without any cost or do buy a licencce or something i hope its free because im really and need to get started in devolping please reply thank you.

hi,
in order to publish to android without a watermark, you need at least the ShiVa BASIC license (currently 200, later 400). if you want to publish to the android marketplace, you need to spend another 25 for a 1 year membership in their subscription program.
you can develop your apps with the free ShiVa web edition though and even export them to android, but they will be covered with a big watermark and you won't be able to sell them.

Nothing is free in this world. But shiva is probably as far as you can get to an affordable 3d solution for a 3D multiplatforming. 200 bucks, and its all yours
