It is possible to customize loading screen (first one, when game is loading)??
On all platforms or only on android and iOS???

iOS uses Default.png for its loading, no way to configure or "make it dynamic" as no code is running at all during the phase this shows (its loading the application and its code into memory for execution at the time)

If i good understand You, on iOS i cqn use default.png with my graphic and this will be my loading screen (static, without loading bar)??

if we talk about the initial startup screen then yes, the default.png you see in the xcode project is whats being shown there (it and its various incarnation one should say as it holds for up to 3GS. beyond that there are additional ones)
