Unable to handle keyboard with directinput

Hello everybody

my shiva basic editor was running fine but since last time i started it i have an error message that prvents me to use my keyboard !

here is the message :

[+ Alerte ] {None}Unable to handle keyboard with DirectInput (SetCooperativeLevel failed)

i tried to uninstall/reinstall, but it still appears... does someone know if oneother program could create this error ?

would it be a compatibility problem with directx ? visualbasic ?
