3d max to Shiva Biped animation issues

Hi i´m new in the forum and hope someone could solve me an issue that i have right now

ok i have a character model inside shiva and it has an animation made with biped, ok i succesfully imported the animation inside shiva and everything was perfect until i realize that the pivot point of my model was incorrect inside shiva, My model inside shiva needs to point the Z axis pointing to the front but it points to the left instead and when i reimport the model again making the correction of the pivot in max the model looks fine with Z at front but the skeleton did not respect the change and was the same as the first import Z at Left

Does any of you know why this happens or a pipeline to prevent this cause i am stuck with this issue ?
