usually this happen when the version of engine is not licensed please call sell administer.

Have you looked at the MultiViewport sample game? Then i don't understand you're problem

viewport was introduced in 1.9.1. you need to update your editor in order to make it work.

true, and internally, we do differentiate between shiva api versions, but since every update has been free so far, we encourage all users to use the latest stable editor version which comes with all the latest api functions.

depends on which version you have.
you can update the free version with the download package from our website:

for the basic and advanced licenses, a window should pop up at the start, reminding you that there is indeed a new version out there.
alternatively, you can log into the backend of our corporate website http://www.shivaengine.com/, and use the login box at the right top corner.
